Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga is a movement practice that integrates aspects of feldenkreis and myofascial release. The practice is floor based and involves fine, mindful movements. It facilitates ease and flow in the body and enhances the mind-body connection. It’s a restorative practice which addresses fatigue, stiffness and stagnancy. It complements and can deepen traditional yoga asana Each session starts with a grounding meditation and ends with a meditation to integrate the benefits. All levels welcome.

Foundations Of Yoga

In this class series, we’ll begin from the ground up to develop a yoga practice that can support in meeting the demands of daily life. Including grounding meditation + foundational yoga postures + wisdom related to a major energy centre which serves to boost immunity, stamina, vitality and more.
