This Class Meets Wednesdays 7:15pm-9:15pm
Mindful Yoga blends techniques from the hatha yoga tradition and the teachings of mindfulness, inviting us home to a fully embodied present moment awareness. We practice with curiosity and care while cultivating compassion and resilience in body mind and heart.
The spacious class time allows us to take our time arriving, settling, warming up to the movements of the class and allows ample time for deep relaxation at the end.

This Class Meet Thursdays 6:15pm-8:15pm
GRIT&Grace yoga combines the rhythm of vinyasa flow with the rigour of attention to alignment. This is not only about alignment of muscles and bones, but also alignment of intention with action, body with breath, and individual with universal.
In GRIT and Grace classes, we practice according to the mantra of “embrace challenge: drop struggle” (credit: Judith Hanson Lasater), so we doing hard things with a patient and playful mindset.
