Gentle Chair Yoga
This class is fully seated and we use guided mindfulness of breath and body as well as gentle movements to mobilize all the major joints to improve circulation of blood flow and energy through the whole body, from head to toe! We also work to strengthen arms, legs and gentle tone the core of the body. And we use dynamic movements to invite suppleness and overall ease. It’s a friendly and fun practice to nourish body mind and heart.
