You can think of yoga as a full-bodied, three-hundred-and-sixty-degree musculo-skeletal conditioning that naturally leads to greater strength, balance and flexibility as you practice. It is a profound meditation practice, especially when practiced mindfully, and develops strength, balance and flexibility of mind even as it is developing those same capacities at the level of the body
— Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center

Classes by Donation

In keeping with the tradition of yoga and dharma teaching, I offer some classes free of charge so that all may have access to teachings regardless of financial situation. This is called “Dana” the practice of generosity/gratitude. These classes are offered freely but if they are in a position to do so, participants are invited to make a contribution towards the studio expenses and the continuing work of the teacher. The suggested range of donation is up to €10, but all are encouraged to make a choice that fairly represents the reality of their situation, which may change over time. I myself have benefited greatly from this practice and so participants are invited to share in this long tradition of making these teachings available to all.

The classes that are offered by donation are;

Chair Yoga (both Tuesday and Thursday)

Mindful Kindful Monday Movement and Meditation
