This 5 week series is an introduction to the fundamentals of Mindful Hatha Yoga, so it's perfect for those brand new to the practice and also works well for those returning after some time away and who would like a refresher in the basics of mindfulness and/or hatha yoga.
We'll work with breath, dynamic movement and mindfulness practice to both release stress and tension while building strength, resilience and courage in body mind and heart.
All beginning classes at Yoga hOMe Sligo will vary from course to course in their particular postural focus and content, so that a student can benefit from taking multiple beginning courses.
