As the Sunlight ebbs and the daylight hours are in retreat, connect with your inner light and keep your radiance strong through the winter with this special winter yoga immersive experience.
There are opportunities to meet over 6 Saturdays from October to December (dates and times below).
Each day will have morning and afternoon sessions. In the morning, there will be yoga movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. The afternoon will feature the wider teachings of yoga, from the principles of Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga and the traditional Indian science of living in balance), to yoga history, mythology and philosophy with it's rich treasure trove of potent and practical teachings on how to live wisely in the world.
We'll have special guest teachers covering areas such as nutrition, herbalism, creativity, communication skills, life planning, intention and goal-setting and other practical skills for health, happiness, well-being and personal and relationship development. Gaby Wieland Naturapath and Herbalist from Neantóg sharing wisdom from natural healing and integrated wellness
Anne Marie Southcombe a yoga teacher and Life Coach from Yoga Meon and Anne Marie Southcombe Coaching, sharing insights and techniques on clarifying values, understanding and shaping intention and corresponding goals and cultivating beneficial boundaries for personal development.
This immersion is an opportunity to make a deep connection with yourself, bringing yoga wisdom and energy into your everyday life to balance strength, flexibility, resilience, kindness, compassion and fun for yourself and in your relations with others. You'll learn how to live with more ease and more energy, you'll cultivate power and flexibility in both body and mind, you'll learn new things and meet new people. But most importantly you'll be coming home to your inner hearth and you'll learn how to keep that fire burning bright whatever the outer weather.

Time: 10am-5.30pm. Lunch break from 1.00pm-2.30pm. A healthy lunch from Award Winning Sweet Beat Cafe will be provided and you are free to rest and relax in our studio space during the break or take a walk along the river or visit nearby Doorly Park.
All 6 sessions 425euro (INCLUDING LUNCHES). Early Bird Special 375euro available until Sept 14th. Payment Plan available with a deposit of 200euro. This 6 session investment also includes a 25% discount on all yoga hOMe class passes for the duration of the immersion.
Single day-long events are 75euro (INCLUDING LUNCH) and 20% discount on one yoga home 5 class pass.
